Clooth is an online clothing company. In order to make shopping and returning items easy for customers, Clooth will need an app.

  • Help users find the product easily in the correct size
  • Reassure customers that the product they receive will fit them comfortably
  • Make returning items a smooth, speedy, no-nonsense experience

Clooth's app and website will enable the company to establish an online presence. Users can easily navigate and find clothing, trust that sizing for these products is accurate, and if necessary, return items without complications.

TFG customers are finding it hard to have their questions answered. To solve this pain point the customer service team asked me to redesign the FAQ page.

There are two main goals in redesigning the FAQ page for Phase Eight, Hobbs and Whistles, these are:

  • Providing the customer with a self-serve platform.
  • Reducing the number of customer services queries.

To deliver the best experience for the customer, I approached this project with the MVP methodology.

As part of their effort to improve the user experience for finding locations and booking online, I have improved their journey to their online booking system

  • Increasing the leads to their conversion funnel
  • Informing users about different locations
  • Improving the user journey to the over season booking page

The constraints of this project prevented me from conducting customer research. However, I completed a competitor analysis instead.

Benni want to transform the way businesses provide workplace benefits. They believe that there is a better way for businesses to offer more benefits to more of their people and for employees to be helped to learn about and choose their benefits. The challenge is to update the website making it upbeat and eye-catching.

  • Making it easier for the customer to contact benni
  • Inform customers about the different solutions
  • Inform customers about news and articles

For the most accurate understanding of customer behaviour, I used heat mapping and click tracking.
